Job summary

WHITERIVERALF is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide daily care and services to residents in accordance with care plans. You will use PCC to verify resident information, report changes to supervisors, and maintain detailed records.

The role involves assisting with daily activities, preparing rooms, and ensuring a respectful, comfortable environment for residents. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Use PCC to ensure correct resident information when assisting with ALDS, meals, etc.
• Report changes in the residents' condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.
• Record all entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report on all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift to the Executive Director and Health and Wellness Director.
• Agree not to disclose resident's protected health information and report suspected violations.
• Perform only those care tasks that you have been trained to do.
• Ensure resident rooms are ready for residents (bed made).
• Greet residents and escort them to their room.
• Keep residents' personal possessions inventoryed and marked as instructed.
• Assist residents with daily functions and prepare for medical tests.
