Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Record notes and incident reports accurately.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Health and Wellness Director.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms.
• Escort residents and ensure safety during transfers.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality.
