WHITERIVERMC is seeking an on-call caregiver to provide routine daily care and services to residents in accordance with assessments and care plans. You will follow directions from supervisors and work to maintain a warm, safe, and supportive environment on the unit.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business materials; able to write reports and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Record notes and incident reports accurately.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Health and Wellness Director.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms.
• Escort residents and ensure safety during transfers.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality.
