Job summary

Wellhaven Home Care seeks compassionate In-Home Caregivers to assist seniors and adults in private homes or facilities, helping them live safely and with dignity. Your role supports independence and daily living activities while providing companionship and health monitoring.

We offer flexible schedules, weekly pay, training, and a supportive team. Prior caregiver experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work around pets are preferred.

• Dementia and long-term care experience a plus
• Physically able to assist with hands-on care and mobility
• Reliable, compassionate, and communicative
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to be around dogs and cat

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• Follow individualized care plans and monitor client health
• Provide medication reminders and support
• Offer companionship and emotional encouragement
• Ensure safety through mobility assistance and proper transfers
• Assist with meal prep and nutritional support
• Document care accurately and report changes to the office
• Collaborate with families, healthcare teams, and staff

• Pay: Starting at $16.50 per hour
• Expected Hours: 12–36 per week
