Job summary

HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in their homes. You will provide non-medical care and companionship to help clients age safely and comfortably at home.

The role offers one-on-one client care, a respectful work environment, flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• CNA/PCA/HHA certification preferred, or at least 5 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic conditions preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver's license and insurance if transporting clients.
• Current TB test or willingness to obtain one; ability to pass a background check; physically able to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with ambulation.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands and activities.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the office.

We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to join our team and help us enhance seniors' lives, one day at a time. In this rewarding role, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing non-medical care and companionship that allows them to age safely and comfortably in place.

Senior Caregiver
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with ambulation
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the office

Qualifications:

• CNA, PCA, HHA certification preferred, or at least 5 years of professional caregiving experience
• Experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic conditions preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance if transporting clients
• Current TB test (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physically able to perform the duties of the position
• Dependable, compassionate, professional, and punctual
