Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
Follow individualized care plans and monitor client health
Provide medication reminders and support
Offer companionship and emotional encouragement
Ensure safety through mobility assistance and proper transfers
Assist with meal prep and nutritional support
Document care accurately and report changes to the office
Collaborate with families, healthcare teams, and staff
2 years prior experience as a caregiver, CNA, or PCA required
Dementia and long-term care experience required
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Physically able to assist with hands-on care and mobility
Reliable, compassionate, and communicative
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications a bonus

Pay:$18.00 per hour
Expected Hours:24 hours per week
Every Saturday & Sunday 7a to 7p
