Job summary

CP Rochester seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for weekend shifts, Saturday and Sunday 1pm–11pm, at Kings Hwy, Rochester, NY. You will provide safety and supervision for residents in a residential setting and support activities in the community where appropriate, following agency plans and protocols.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid NYS driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Valid and clean NYS driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides safety and supervision of individuals in a residential setting.
• Implements health-related and medication regimens per policy.
• Assist residents with planning and accessing recreational and social activities.
