Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or home services CRM is a plus.
• Strong computer skills including email and CRM apps.
• Excellent listening and communication abilities; reliable attendance.

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling and inquiries.
