Pinnacle GI Partners in Rochester Hills is seeking a Call Center Agent to be the first point of contact for patients, scheduling appointments and procedures, and coordinating communication across departments for an exceptional patient experience.

This full-time role offers a weekday, predictable schedule with starting pay at $17 per hour and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental & vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid holidays and PTO.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Medical office experience.
• Previous patient scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience a plus.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to patients and physician offices.
• Schedule office visits, procedures, and diagnostic appointments efficiently and accurately.
• Educate patients regarding procedure preparations and appointment requirements.
• Screen, document, and route calls and messages to the appropriate departments.
• Verify insurance participation and update patient insurance information as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient demographic information and records.
• Communicate with physicians and clinical staff regarding scheduling preferences and requests.
• Utilize EMR systems and office technology to support daily operations.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with privacy standards.
