Luxury Bath Technologies in Port Huron, MI is hiring a high-energy Call Center Representative to connect with homeowners, generate leads, and schedule free in-home consultations. This is an on-site position with morning and evening shifts.

You’ll make outbound calls, deliver scripted pitches, handle objections, and enter data into our systems. We offer competitive pay at $17/hour base plus uncapped commission and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners to set appointments.
• Deliver and adapt scripted sales pitches.
• Handle objections and answer customer questions.
• Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments.
• Enter lead and customer information into company systems.
• Answer inbound calls from advertising campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records and daily reports.
• Support the sales team by scheduling qualified appointments.
