Luxury Bath / Mobility Remodelers is hiring a high-energy Call Center Representative to join our Port Huron team. In this role, you will connect with homeowners, generate leads, and schedule free in-home consultations.

This is an on-site position (not remote) with morning and evening shifts. The role offers a base pay of $17/hour plus uncapped commission, paid training, and ongoing coaching as part of a supportive team in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center, telemarketing, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment.
• Basic computer/data entry skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners to set appointments.
• Deliver and adapt scripted sales pitches.
• Handle objections and answer customer questions.
• Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments.
• Enter lead and customer information into company systems.
• Answer inbound calls from advertising campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records and daily reports.
• Support the sales team by scheduling qualified appointments.
