Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Bench Mechanic for weekend shifts. You will perform pre-coating prep, masking, post-coating tasks, and precision measurements on aerospace components. The role requires 0-1 years of related experience or a related degree, and flexibility to work 3x12 hour shifts Friday–Sunday.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of related experience or an equivalent degree/certificate.
• High School or GED.
• Must be able to read and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-coating surface prep and masking tasks.
• Perform post-coating tasks, deburring, blending, and inspection.
• Operate coating equipment and maintain tooling.
• Support engineers in developing new operations.
• Maintain quality by measuring parts with precision tools.
