Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator for our new Green Bay manufacturing plant. The role supports machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to ensure quality production lines.

You will perform quality checks, package products, and document performance while adhering to safety procedures. Overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits accompany a competitive starting wage.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is required for consistent quality.
• Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively in a production setting.
• Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs safely.
• Ability to perform in a hot environment typical of manufacturing floors.
• Effective communication with team members during shifts.

Responsibilities

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Strating pay $24-34/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects
• Participate in training and support team development
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

12-hour shifts

Friday - Sunday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM

Overtime opportunities available
