Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) in Green Bay, WI is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator for our brand new plant. This role supports machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting, performs quality checks, and helps package finished products. You will work 12-hour shifts Mon-Thu and Fri-Sun (5 AM to 5 PM or 5 PM to 5 AM).

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.

• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.
• Participate in training and support team development.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year).

Strating pay $22-32/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects
• Participate in training and support team development
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

12-hour shifts

Monday - Thursday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM

Friday - Sunday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs
