Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies in Wisconsin invites you to join as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant. You will assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to keep production running smoothly.

In this role, you will perform quality checks, document production data, and support the team in meeting output goals while following all safety procedures in a 12-hour shift environment (5PM–5AM), with options for different weekly schedules.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail is required.
• Ability to stand for a 12-hour shift.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in hot environments.
• Effective communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Package finished products accurately and meet production goals.
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.
• Participate in training and support team development.

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

Starting pay $25-32/ hour.

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects
• Participate in training and support team development
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

12-hour shift: 5PM - 5AM

Monday - Thursday OR Friday - Sunday

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
