AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) invites you to join our brand-new manufacturing plant as a Machine Operator in De Pere, Wisconsin. Earn a starting wage of $21–$25 per hour with a $1,250 sign-on bonus paid in installments.

Shifts are 12 hours, Friday through Sunday, with overtime opportunities. Responsibilities include operating and troubleshooting equipment, ensuring material flow, and maintaining product quality.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to maintain production flow.
• Stand for 12-hour shifts and maintain safety.
• Lift at least 50 lbs as part of the job.
• Communicate effectively with team and management.
• Adapt to hot production environments and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machines to ensure smooth production.
• Set up and start up equipment, and shut down safely.
• Maintain and tune equipment for quality output.
• Respond to alarms and fix issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products against specifications.
• Address processing issues to meet customer requirements.

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as a Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Strating pay $21-25/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the material conveying process, including big bag or bulk offloading
• Monitor and troubleshoot material feeding systems to maintain continuous and consistent material flow
• Set up, start, operate, and shut down equipment, ensuring full project set-ups for quality production
• Adjust machine controls throughout runtime to maintain optimal performance
• Perform machine maintenance and adjustments to meet product specifications and quality standards
• Respond to alarms and resolve issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency
• Conduct thorough inspections throughout the production process to ensure finished products meet standards
• Address and resolve processing issues to deliver customer requirements within business needs. Understand customer issues created by upstream processes from conveyance, forming, and cutting devices to ensure efficient and timely changeovers to minimize downtime
• Ensure proper waste disposal procedures to prevent environmental pollution

Shifts & Schedule:

12-hour shift

• Friday - Sunday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM -5AM
