Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator at our brand new manufacturing plant in Wisconsin. The role features 12-hour shifts (Friday–Sunday, 5AM–5PM or 5PM–5AM) with overtime opportunities and a sign-on bonus of $1,250, paid in installments at 90 days, 190 days, and 1 year.

Starting pay ranges from $24–$34 per hour depending on experience and shift, with comprehensive benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, retirement with company match, and access to an onsite

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand 12 hours consecutively.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.
• Participate in training and support team development.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
