Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator for our brand-new manufacturing plant in De Pere, WI. The role requires you to assist with machine setup, perform quality checks, and document production data while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Shifts run 12 hours Friday through Sunday with overtime opportunities. A sign-on bonus of $1,250 is paid in installments. Starting pay ranges from $24 to $34 per hour, depending on experience and shift.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail required.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours.
• Ability to pull, lift, or carry at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a hot environment.
• Effective communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects
• Participate in training and support team development
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Strating pay $24-34/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects

12-hour shifts

Friday - Sunday 5AM - 5PM OR 5PM - 5AM
