Job summary

AmeriLux Family of Companies invites you to join our brand new Green Bay manufacturing plant as an Assistant Machine Operator. In this role, you will assist with machine setup, perform quality checks, and help package finished products to meet daily production targets.

The position offers a 12-hour night shift from 5PM to 5AM, with Monday-Thursday or Friday-Sunday schedules and a $1,250 sign-on bonus. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs and work in a hot environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks.
• Ability to stand and perform 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during duties.
• Comfortable working in a warm environment (hot production area).
• Effective communication with team members and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

Starting pay $25-32/ hour.

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects
• Participate in training and support team development
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace

12-hour shift: 5PM - 5AM

Monday - Thursday OR Friday - Sunday

Requirements
