AmeriLux Family of Companies is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator for our new manufacturing plant. Roles include assisting with machine setup, basic troubleshooting, and quality checks to ensure products meet standards.

The position involves 12-hour shifts with a starting pay of $22–$32 per hour and a $1,250 sign-on bonus paid in installments. The role supports a fast-paced environment with opportunities for training and advancement.

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Strating pay $22-32/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.
• Participate in training and support team development.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

12-hour shifts

Monday - Thursday 5AM – 5PM OR 5PM – 5AM

Friday - Sunday 5AM – 5PM OR 5PM – 5AM

• Strong attention to detail
