AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator at our brand new De Pere, WI production plant. The role includes supporting machine setup and changeovers, performing quality checks, and packaging products to meet output goals.

Starting pay ranges from $25 to $32 per hour with a 12-hour shift (5 PM–5 AM) and overtime opportunities. A $1,250 sign-on bonus is paid in installments. Benefits include healthcare, retirement, onsite clinic, gym, and tuition assistance.

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Starting pay $25-32/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.
• Participate in training and support team development.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

12-hour shift: 5PM – 5AM

Monday - Thursday OR Friday - Sunday
