Job summary

The AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) is hiring an Assistant Machine Operator for our brand new manufacturing plant in De Pere, Wisconsin. You will assist with machine setup, perform quality checks, and help meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $1,250, paid in increments, and 12-hour shifts (Friday–Sunday, 5AM–5PM or 5PM–5AM) with overtime opportunities. Emphasis on safety, teamwork, training, and advancement opportunities across the AFoC family."

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for 12 hours.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a hot environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.
• Participate in training and support team development.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Join the A-Team at AmeriLux Family of Companies (AFoC) as an Assistant Machine Operator in our brand new manufacturing plant!

Sign on bonus: $1,250.

Will be paid out in increments (90 days, 190 days and 1 year)

Strating pay $24-34/ hour

Depending on experience and shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Package finished products accurately and meet production output goals.
• Complete production documentation and report downtime, scrap, or defects.
• Participate in training and support team development.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

12-hour shifts

Friday - Sunday5AM – 5PM OR 5PM – 5AM
