Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients.
• Answer telephone calls and schedule appointments.
• Obtain demographic, insurance, and physician information.
• Screen customer data for insurance eligibility and pre-certification requirements.
• Assist in identifying self-pay patients and refer to financial assistance when applicable.
• Maintain communication with departments and clinical staff; assist in training new employees.
