Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• CPR certification may be required per manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and their families.
• Answer telephone calls, schedule appointments.
• Pull and file medical charts as indicated.
• Provide excellent customer service per SOPs.
• Verify demographic, insurance, and physician information.
• Identify self-pay patients and refer to financial assistance when applicable.
• Coordinate with Patient Access and clinical staff to ensure smooth workflows.
