David’s Bridal is hiring an Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide an A+ experience, greet customers, manage appointments, answer phones, press garments, and prepare items for pickup. The role supports the Alterations department and reports to the Store Manager.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years retail experience, and POS familiarity. Part-time benefits include team bonus, early pay, and employee discounts.
