Job summary

Bombardier is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Weekend Shift at the Hartford Service Center. You will lead maintenance teams, ensure compliance with 14 CFR FARs and company procedures, and coordinate unscheduled maintenance with engineering and supply chain support.

You should have 3+ years of aircraft heavy/line maintenance experience, 2+ years in leadership, and a valid A&P certificate.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in aircraft heavy/line maintenance and inspection procedures.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory or lead experience (aircraft maintenance preferred).
• A&P Certificate or appropriately certificated under FAR part 65.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements and supervise safety/security programs.
• Supervise maintenance work and ensure compliance with manuals, procedures, and FARs.
• Coordinate unscheduled maintenance and support engineering and tooling needs when required.
• Manage timekeeping, labor scheduling, and payroll-related activities for assigned employees.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional teams to resolve shop-floor issues.
