Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking an Operations Supervisor, Airframe & Powerplant (A&P), Global, to lead maintenance teams at the Hartford Service Center. This role requires overseeing safe, compliant aircraft maintenance while coordinating resources across sites and ensuring adherence to FARs and company procedures.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in heavy/line maintenance with at least 2 years in leadership, and holds an A&P certificate under FAR Part 65.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performing aircraft heavy/line maintenance and inspections.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership/supervisory or lead experience (aircraft maintenance preferred).
• A&P Certificate or cert under FAR Part 65.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance teams and ensure work complies with Repair Station/Quality Manual, Site OPS, and FARs.
• Coordinate unscheduled aircraft maintenance and work at locations other than Repair stations.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance, and employee schedules; conduct performance reviews.
