Job summary

USPI York County Outpatient Endoscopy Center is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to deliver exceptional patient care and keep our outpatient facility running smoothly. The role focuses on patient check-in, demographics, billing, and phone etiquette in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
• Bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and process their paperwork.
• Update patient demographics/information in system.
• Collect monies due and document in the billing system.
• Handle funds per office procedure.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
