Job summary

Sierra Endoscopy Center is seeking a Full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our outpatient gastroenterology team. You will greet patients, collect demographics, and manage billing tasks while supporting physicians and staff in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a daytime Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or holidays. Starting pay is $25–$33 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience in health care office experience. Medical terminology preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and process their paperwork, updating demographics in the system.
• Collect balances due, document in the billing system, and handle funds per office procedure.
• Answer incoming calls and coordinate scheduling for procedures and anesthesia; may float to other locations.
