York County Outpatient Endoscopy Center, LLC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to greet patients, admit them, collect demographics and payments, and maintain accurate scheduling and billing in our fast-paced facility.

This full-time role requires strong communication, basic medical terminology, and computer skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred. Weekdays only with no holidays or weekends. We offer competitive wages and comprehensive benefits through USPI.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of prior experience or hospital clerical exposure preferred.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment.
• Medical terminology and basic computer skills are beneficial.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and process paperwork.
• Update patient demographics in the system.
• Collect payments and document in the billing system.
