York County Outpatient Endoscopy Center, LLC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to greet patients, admit them, collect demographics and payments, and maintain accurate scheduling and billing in our fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth office operations.

York County Outpatient Endoscopy Center, LLC is an accredited facility recognized by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Our commitment to excellence and service extends to our physician ownership.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls.

Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, no weekends. Competitive salary and benefits for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
