Job summary

QC Catering in Charlotte is seeking a dynamic Wedding & Social Catering Sales Manager to grow our sales pipeline by engaging planners, venues, and vendors. You will craft strategies and proposals, showcasing our services and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in event planning (and sales preferred) with strong CRM skills and a track record of exceeding targets. Join a collaborative, growth-minded team dedicated to delivering memorable celebrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of event planning experience.
• Preferred 4 years or more in sales.
• Comfortability with various CRM software and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals, revenue targets, and KPIs; track progress and analyze sales trends.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and prospecting to drive revenue growth in the wedding/social markets and build meaningful client relationships.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with current and potential venues to drive new client acquisition.
• Network with Charlotte wedding/social vendors and planners to increase client referrals and business growth.
• Manage client information within the CRM system to create customized proposals and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for wedding couples and planners, bring their unique vision to life, and exceed their expectations.
