QC Catering in Charlotte is seeking a dynamic Wedding & Social Catering Sales Manager to grow our sales pipeline by engaging planners, venues, and vendors. You will craft strategies and proposals, showcasing our services and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals, revenue targets, and KPIs; track progress and analyze sales trends.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and prospecting to drive revenue growth in the wedding/social markets and build meaningful client relationships.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with current and potential venues to drive new client acquisition.
• Network with Charlotte wedding/social vendors and planners to increase client referrals and business growth.
• Manage client information within the CRM system to create customized proposals and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for wedding couples and planners, bring their unique vision to life, and exceed their expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

QC Catering is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Wedding & Social Catering Sales Manager to join our team! As a Wedding & Social Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads, building and maintaining strong relationships with planners, venues and vendors, creating sales strategies and proposals, and effectively communicating the value of our services to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the wedding and or social industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
