Job summary

Renault Winery Resort & Golf in Egg Harbor City, NJ is seeking a results-driven Wedding Sales Manager to lead wedding weekend sales efforts and convert inquiries into booked events. You will manage inbound leads, conduct venue tours, build client relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in hospitality, events, weddings, hotels, or resorts.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• CRM proficiency and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full wedding sales cycle from inquiry to signed contract.
• Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and online channels.
• Qualify prospects to understand event needs, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct property tours and sales presentations.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts.
• Maintain an active CRM pipeline and accurate records.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, and events teams.
• Participate in wedding expos, open houses, and showcases.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual wedding sales goals.
