Job summary

Bohemia Manor Farm Winery & Resort, a premier waterfront estate in Chesapeake City, Maryland, seeks a result-driven Wedding Sales Manager to lead weekend sales and convert inquiries into booked events. This role manages inquiries, tours, proposals, contracts, and sales targets within a luxury hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in hospitality or events sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a track record of pipeline management using CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in hospitality, events, weddings, hotels, resorts, or related industries.
• Proven ability to hit targets and close deals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to manage multiple clients and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full wedding sales cycle from inquiry to signed contract.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and online channels.
• Qualify prospects through discovery conversations to understand event needs, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct personalized property tours and sales presentations.
• Prepare customized proposals, pricing, and contracts.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, and event teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Participate in wedding expos, networking events, open houses, and property showcases.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual wedding sales goals.
