Qualifications

• 2+ years of wedding coordination, event management, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Experience working in hotels, resorts, or event venues strongly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead on-site event coordinator for wedding day activities.
• Execute and manage the approved wedding day timeline and vendor coordination.
• Conduct pre-event walkthroughs and readiness checks for ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and spaces.
• Coordinate arrival and setup for vendors (florists, photographers, DJs, etc.).
• Monitor timelines and adjust while maintaining guest experience.
