Job summary

Renault Winery Resort & Golf in Egg Harbor City, NJ is seeking a results-driven Wedding Sales Manager to lead wedding weekend sales efforts and convert inquiries into booked events. You will manage inbound leads, conduct venue tours, build client relationships, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in hospitality, events, weddings, hotels, or resorts.

• Experience managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• CRM proficiency and Microsoft Office skills.

This role is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, conducting venue tours, building client relationships, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving established sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full wedding sales cycle from inquiry to signed contract.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and online channels.
• Qualify prospects through discovery conversations to understand event needs, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct personalized property tours and sales presentations.
• Prepare customized proposals, pricing, and contracts.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, and event teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Participate in wedding expos, networking events, open houses, and property showcases.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual wedding sales goals.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in hospitality, events, weddings, hotels, resorts, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and closing business.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
