Renault Winery & Resort, a VIVÂMEE Hospitality property in Egg Harbor City, NJ, is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage. You will lead all outlets, menus, pricing, and events, partnering with culinary teams to deliver luxurious guest experiences and strong profitability.

The role requires strategic budgeting, team development, and a servant-leadership approach to cultivate an inclusive, high-performing F&B operation across resort venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a multi-outlet Director-level or senior management role preferred.
• Experience in resort, winery, luxury hotel, country club, or destination hospitality environment preferred.
• Proven experience managing large-scale banquet, catering, and event operations.
• Demonstrated success overseeing budgets, forecasting, labor management, and P&L accountability.
• Experience leading diverse teams in a high-volume hospitality environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, winery tasting rooms, banquets and golf outlets.
• Establish service and culinary standards reflecting Renault’s hospitality vision.
• Partner with culinary leadership to develop menus, wine offerings, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure consistency and quality across daily operations and events.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across F&B experiences.
• Collaborate with Banquets, Sales, and Event teams for weddings and corporate events.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures.
