Job summary

Renault Winery & Resort is seeking a dynamic Social Sales Manager to lead social event sales, including milestone celebrations, weddings, and corporate gatherings. This role manages inquiries, conducts tours, builds client relationships, and drives revenue through bookings.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hospitality sales, excel at communication, manage multiple clients, and are comfortable with evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in hospitality or events.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience managing multiple clients and priorities.
• CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full social event sales cycle from inquiry to contract.
• Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and online channels.
• Qualify prospects to understand event objectives, budgets, guest counts, and timelines.
• Conduct personalized property tours and sales presentations for clients.
• Prepare customized proposals, pricing packages, and contracts.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, catering, and event teams to ensure a seamless client experience from booking through execution.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, community organizations, event planners, and vendors to generate new opportunities.
• Participate in networking events, open houses, showcases, and promotional events to drive bookings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
• Meet or exceed sales goals.
