Hilton Universal/Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Event Services professional to plan, detail, and execute all assigned group and social events after contracting. You will serve as the primary client contact from turnover to event completion, ensuring flawless service and consistent Hilton guest experiences.

The role emphasizes non-sales responsibilities, operational success, and collaboration with hotel departments to deliver exceptional events and client satisfaction at all times.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or combination of experience and education.
• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in event management.

Aufgaben

• Serve as liaison between clients and hotel departments from pre-event planning through post-event follow-up.
• Conduct pre-conference meetings and site visits with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and needs.
• Create BEOs, diagrams, and event resumes.
• Coordinate all aspects of the event including F&B, room setups, AV, billing, and vendor logistics.
• Provide on-site support during events to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
• Act as the main client and hotel operations contact during events.
• Monitor service standards and adjust in real time for quality.
• Conduct post-event evaluations with clients and internal teams.
