HM Hospitality Consultants is seeking an experienced Event Manager in Los Angeles to transform sales visions into memorable experiences. You will coordinate weddings, corporate and private events, managing timelines, details, and cross-team communication to ensure flawless execution.

This role rewards a 3+ year background in hospitality events with a strong emphasis on organization, client care, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3+ years in event management or hospitality events.
• Experience planning weddings or social events in hotels, venues, or restaurants preferred.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
• Build strong relationships with couples, families, corporate clients, and event hosts.
• Guide clients through details, timelines, menus, layouts, guest counts, and special requests.
• Coordinate weddings, social and corporate events, meetings, and private events.
• Create and maintain detailed event information and ensure timely communication across departments.
• Partner with culinary, banquet, operations, and sales teams for seamless event execution.
• Conduct planning meetings, site visits, tastings, and final walkthroughs as needed.
• Anticipate client needs and address challenges proactively.
• Manage multiple events and timelines simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Ensure all event details are communicated and executed consistently.
• Maintain polished, responsive communication with clients.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences and suggests additional services.
• Be present at events to ensure smooth planning to execution.
• Follow up post-events to foster relationships and referrals.
