Pacific Hospitality Group in the United States seeks a results-oriented wedding sales coordinator. You will manage lead inquiries, generate new business through planners and referrals, and collaborate with the Director of Events on pricing strategies and proposals.

3–5 years of hotel wedding sales, events, or catering experience.
Knowledge of Delphi, Salesforce, PMS, and revenue systems is preferred.

Aufgaben

Respond to all lead inquiries within 24 hours.
Generate new wedding business through planners, vendors, and referrals; coordinate with DOS and RM.
Prepare proposals and contracts; track bookings and updates in Delphi.
Manage contracts, deposits, and filing; ensure accuracy and compliance.
Assist in sales reporting, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
Coordinate client communications and site inspections; facilitate turnover meetings.
