Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic sales professional to drive catering, food and beverage and function planning revenue. You will prospect new clients, maintain relationships, and coordinate with hotel teams to create memorable events.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in catering/event sales within hotels or resorts, and familiarity with multi-cultural weddings or events. Bachelor’s in Hospitality preferred.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of catering/event sales experience in hotels or resorts.
• Experience with multi-cultural weddings or events desired.
• Knowledge of cost control for events.

Responsibilities

• Sell food and beverage and function planning services to new clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to maximize revenue.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and space/venue details for clients.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to plan events and menus.
• Maintain accurate client data in property systems.
