Qualifikationen

• Experience in hospitality, catering, conference services, event planning, or resort operations.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and locally based.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings, social events, corporate functions, golf tournaments, and other assigned events.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, families, group contacts, and vendors.
• Coordinate rehearsals, ceremonies, receptions, room setups, food & beverage, transportation, and billing.
• Prepare contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), event resumes, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain an active on-site presence during events to ensure successful execution.
