Genpact is seeking a Lead Web Team Lead to set the vision for Genpact.com, crafting audience-centric experiences and ensuring SEO, AI assistants, LLMs, and discovery platforms are optimized. You will guide the web technology roadmap and lead a hybrid team of producers, designers and developers, coordinating with agency partners to deliver updates aligned with marketing strategy.

The role requires substantial experience with a multi-region enterprise web, AEM and Adobe stack, strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise web teams and multi-region delivery.
• Proficient with AEM and Adobe stack (Analytics/Target).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with CRO, performance reporting and data-driven decisions.
• Programme management with cross-functional mobilization in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the hybrid team of in-house web producers, cross-functional designers and developers, and agency partners for Genpact.com.
• Own website governance, workflows and standards compliant with brand, privacy, security and accessibility.
• Maintain a joint operating model with MarTech & Channel Operations for stability and scalability.
• Govern the wider domain estate including subdomains, microsites and redirects with IT.
• Oversee web budgets, commercial planning and vendor relationships.
