Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Adobe Solutions Director to lead strategic Adobe Experience Cloud initiatives acrossMarketing, Digital Commerce, and Customer Experience. You will guide pre-sales, design AI-enabled solution proposals, and collaborate with Adobe to advance Genpact Experience’s go-to-market strategy.

You will engage with executives, craft compelling value narratives, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, ROI-focused solutions for global clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution consulting, pre-sales, or digital strategy with client-facing focus.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud and related products.
• Proven ability to craft executive-ready value stories and win complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture for Adobe-focused opportunities during pre-sales cycles.
• Create compelling proposals, RFP responses, and demo narratives tailored to client industry and priorities.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partners to validate scope, timelines, and budgets.
