Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Web Platform Search Optimization Lead to own how our web properties are structured and optimized for AI-era discovery at scale. The role sits in Web Marketing and collaborates with SEO, Content, Web Engineering, MarTech, and SSO to embed standards across AEM Sites and AEM Guides.

The position focuses on automated validation, scalable systems, and governance to improve crawlability, accessibility, taxonomy, and AI/LLM visibility, including migrations like the Help Center

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 7+ years of experience in web marketing, performance marketing, UX, technical SEO, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in technical SEO fundamentals: crawlability, indexation, metadata, structured data, redirects.
• 7+ years of experience with enterprise CMS and translating optimization requirements into scalable templates and standards.

Responsibilities

• Own platform-level search and AI discovery optimization across LinkedIn web properties, including marketing sites and Help Center.
• Define and enforce scalable technical standards and governance across AEM Sites and AEM Guides.
• Monitor site health and identify gaps, translating findings into prioritized action plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead major platform transitions, ensuring traffic stability and long-term discoverability.
• Build automated validation systems and AI-assisted workflows to monitor site health and optimization quality.
