Job summary

ParsonsKellogg in Rhode Island is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to help ensure customers receive accurate and timely orders. You will support our web sales division by responding quickly to inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve customer concerns.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to draw conclusions from data and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for our web store customers via email and phone in a timely manner.
• Proactively review orders daily and communicate with customers on any issues that could arrive, provide alternative solutions to meet their needs.
• Deliver an exceptional experience every time to every consumer who reaches out to us.
• Work with team members to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
• Actively participate in projects to assist Merchandise team with delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
