Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Review customer notes and requests and implement quality assurance measures.
• Collaborate with team to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
• Process orders in ParsonsKellogg's platform and track status from entry to delivery.
• Communicate product, logo details, charges, shipping via phone, chat, and email.
• Navigate multiple software tools including CRMs and ERP systems to support orders.
