Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Manager, Web Production and Optimization to lead our content production roadmap and UX optimization efforts. You will own ADA/WCAG and cookie consent standards, guide CMS components, and manage governance across digital properties.

Qualified candidates bring 8+ years in web content and a background in Agile teams, Jira/Confluence, and analytics tools. The role offers a hybrid schedule, health benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) with up to 7% match.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
8 years of experience with web content, site optimization and A/B testing required.
2 years of experience leading teams required.
Experience with tag management and data layer governance (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch).
Experience leading Agile production teams, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-department collaboration.
Experience with digital asset management (DAM) workflows and version control for creative and web assets.
Experience with digital project management tools and methodologies, including Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning: align all web initiatives with objectives, brand standards, and performance goals.
Own the roadmap for digital production and CMS governance, including accessibility compliance (ADA/WCAG) and consent compliance.
Oversee intake governance, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, capacity forecasting, and risk mitigation.
Lead the marketing tech ecosystem balancing performance, data integrity, and governance.
