Job summary

Ascent Ready Talent Capital in Brookfield, WI seeks a Web Administrator for a 6-9 month contract. You will manage content via CMS, update product pages, and coordinate with Marketing, IT, and Compliance to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Hybrid work: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

You will use Kentico and Siteimprove, handle GA/GTM tagging, and ensure WCAG compliance across pages while monitoring performance and deployment readiness.

Qualifications

• The candidate has hands-on CMS experience and can update content independently.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills enable editing and styling pages directly.
• Experience with Google Analytics and GTM for tracking and reporting.
• Familiar with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day website content via CMS and coordinate with teams.
• Update product pages, landing pages, banners, and promos.
• Apply rate and disclosure updates and schedule content releases.
• QA tests before and after content deployments.
• Ensure ADA/WCAG compliance and monitor accessibility issues.
• Monitor performance and report findings to stakeholders.
• Verify tags and tracking across new content implementations.
• Serve as first contact for inbound website requests and issues.
